Searching for Pooled Tasks

To find a particular pooled task, go to the Search tab in the Manage Pool > Projects > Pooled Tasks). From this tab, you can search on a variety of criteria to find the task you are looking for.

The available criteria are as follows:

  • Service > Settings > System Parameters > Pool are displayed here.
  • Customer: the customer who submitted the project or for whom the project was submitted, containing the pooled task.
  • Contact: the customer contact attached to the project containing the pooled task. Note that the Customer must be selected before the Contact can be.
  • Project No: the number of the request containing the pooled task.
  • Title: the title of the project containing the pooled task.
  • Task Status: the status of the pooled task. The choices are Not Started, Started, On Hold and Completed.
  • Task Ready to Start: selecting this checkbox retrieves pooled tasks that are the next task / first incomplete task in their project.
  • Team: the team to which the pooled task is available. This also retrieves pooled tasks for which the selected team is one of several assigned teams.
  • Pool Status: the status of the pooled task. Choices are Assigned, Not Assigned, Awaiting Approval, All of the above, Assigned and Not Assigned. All of the above will find all tasks that are Assigned, Not Assigned or Awaiting Approval.
  • Delivery Date: the delivery date of the project containing the pooled task. Use the calendar beside From to select the earliest date in the range, and the calendar beside To to select the latest date in the range.
  • Reception Date: the date the project containing the pooled task was received. Use the calendar beside From to select the earliest date in the range, and the calendar beside To to select the latest date in the range.
  • Delivery in less than: used to find pooled tasks in upcoming deliveries. Set the number of days in the D field, the number of hours in the H field and the number of minutes in the M field.
