When you create SDL Trados Studio termbases, you can save the termbase definition as a termbase template. A further consequence is that you can download the termbase structure in multiple formats and save it for future reference. The termbase structure is a template which shows users how the termbase is organized.
Before you begin
Make sure that you have generated template files when creating termbases. To generate templates based on the termbase definition, when creating a termbase, select the Save termbase definition as a template file check box on the Summary page and enter a name for your template.
