Available information about automatic actions
Depending on your permissions, you can view either the tasks in the projects you created or all the tasks from all the projects in the system.
In the Workflow Engine Queue, you can view the following information about automatic actions:
| Column | Description |

| Asset | The asset that is processed in this task and automatic action. |
| Assigned To | The workflow engine that is processing the step, if you have configured more than one workflow engine on your environment. |
| Creation Date | The date when the task was created. |
| Creator | The name of the user who created the task. |
| Locale Name | The project's target locale. |
| Number of Tasks | The number of tasks in each aggregated group—used in the task statistics view. |
| Phase | The workflow phase that includes the automatic action you are interested in. |
| Project Name | The name of the project that contains the task and the automatic action you are interested in. |
| Priority | The priority assigned to this task. Lower numbers indicate higher priorities. |
| Step Status | The status of the workflow step.1 |
| Step | The name of the workflow step that is being monitored. |
| Task | An identifying number assigned to the task. |
1 If the step is currently being executed, the running time of the step is displayed. For example, [00:02:53] means that the step has been running for two minutes and 53 seconds. If the step is in the queue, the position of the step in the queue is displayed. For example, [15]means that the step is 15th in line in that particular queue.
