Viewing file status in Trados Customer Portal

Open a project's details and check the status of its files.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Customer Portal (by accessing this link https://languagecloud.sdl.com/cp) and enable all browser cookies.
  2. On the All Projects page, do one of the following:
    • Select the List The icon corresponding to the List view. view, identify the relevant project row, and select it.
    • Select the Tiles The icon corresponding to the Tiles view. view, identify the relevant project tile, and then select Project Details.
  3. In the Translation section, identify the project file of interest and check the available status:
    • New - A file with this status is part of the project, but no processing has been performed on it.
    • Preparing - A file with this status is being processed by the first automated tasks in the workflow, such as TM matching and file processing.
    • For Approval - A file with this status is part of a project that must be approved by a customer requester or another representative in terms of project quote.
    • In Translation - A file with this status is in translation.
    • In Review - A file with this status is reviewed by a customer reviewer.
    • In Finalization - A file with this status is in between file review and final checks.
    • For Download - A file with this status is ready to be downloaded, as it is finalized in terms of file delivery. The person who created the project receives a notification email when the file reaches the For download status. Near the For download status, you can check the number of iterations of the file, namely the number of times the file reached the Hold for Feedback task, and was then sent back to translation or review. If the file was sent back more than 9 times, the icon displays number 9 followed by a plus sign, which you can select to find out the full number of iterations.
