Ajout de statuts système aux fiches de base terminologique
Certain terms—such as deprecated ones or those trademarked by other companies—should be avoided in translated text, whereas others might be recommended or even preferred. Use the Status (System) term-level field to mark such terms, so that users can identify them easily.
Pourquoi et quand exécuter cette tâche
At the moment, the following values are available for the Status (System) term-level field: Forbidden, Superseded, Draft, In Review, Admitted, Rejected, Deprecated, Preferred, and Recommended. After adding them, you can identify them in termbases by their corresponding icons and colors:
In Trados Online Editor, terms with the Forbidden system status are presented as such in the Lookups pane and are not available for selection via smart actions.
Procédure
- Log in to Trados Enterprise by accessing this link: https://cloud.trados.com.
- Go to the Resources view and select OR select the Terminology view from the main menu, and then select Termbases.
- Click inside a termbase row to open the termbase.
- Do one of the following:
- If you can find the term you want to edit in the left-side pane, select it.
- If you cannot find the term you want to edit in the left-side pane, search for it, and then select it.
- Under the appropriate term, select Add field at term level, and then select the Status (System) field.
- Select the appropriate value.
