Restoring ghost tags

You must restore ghost tags back to real tags in the Editor window, of the Editor view, before finalizing your translation to ensure that file verification can be correctly performed.

About this task

If you do not restore ghost tags, the verification of the document will fail and the formatting will not be applied correctly.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Projects view and select the project you want to work on.
  2. Go to the Files view and double-click the file you want to work on.
  3. In the Editor window, select the ghost tag (a ghost tag looks like a grayed-out version of an ordinary tag) you want to restore.
  4. In the Editor view, select Advance tab > Restore Tag, or right-click and select Restore Tag from the shortcut menu. Studio restores the ghost tag back to a normal tag.
