Unclaiming tasks
If you have finished working on a task that you claimed, you need to unclaim it to allow other users to work on it or to export it.
About this task
If a step appears several times in your workflow and you want a task to be assigned to you each time it returns to that step, you should not unclaim it before completing it. However, if you want it to be available to any assigned user when it returns to that step, you need to unclaim it.
As an example, let's assume that you complete the Translate step without unclaiming a certain task. If the reviewer rejects the translation and the task returns to the Translate step, the system automatically claims the task for you. However, if you unclaim it before completing the step and the reviewer then rejects the translation, any assigned user with the appropriate permissions can claim the task when it returns to the Translate step.
