Viewing and updating task issues

When viewing or updating a task issue, you can view information about who created it, the project and task the issue was created for, as well as its history—how its status and severity have changed since it was created.

Procedure

  1. In WorldServer, go to the Projects page.
  2. On the Projects page, do one of the following:
    • On the WorldServer 11 interface, expand the project group that contains the appropriate project, and then select the target locale of the project.
    • On the Classic interface, click the name of the project corresponding to the appropriate target locale.

    The tasks of the project are displayed on the Tasks page.

  3. On the Tasks page, make sure that the Issues column is visible in the table.
  4. In the Issues column, in the row corresponding to the task that you want to view or update, select the issues link.
  5. In the Issues for Task # <number> dialog box, click the issue that you want to view or update.
  6. If necessary, update the status, the severity, and the notes of the issue, and then select OK.
