When viewing or updating a task issue, you can view information about who created it, the project and task the issue was created for, as well as its history—how its status and severity have changed since it was created.
Procedure
- In WorldServer, go to the Projects page.
- On the Projects page, do one of the following:
- On the WorldServer 11 interface, expand the project group that contains the appropriate project, and then select the target locale of the project.
- On the Classic interface, click the name of the project corresponding to the appropriate target locale.
The tasks of the project are displayed on the Tasks page.
Tip: On the WorldServer 11 interface, you can view all the tasks in a project group, regardless of their target locale, by clicking the name of the project group on the Projects page. On the Classic interface, you can view all the tasks in a project group, regardless of their target locale, by selecting the Tree view check box, and then expanding the appropriate project and each of its locales.
- On the Tasks page, make sure that the Issues column is visible in the table.
- In the Issues column, in the row corresponding to the task that you want to view or update, select the issues link.
- In the Issues for Task # <number> dialog box, click the issue that you want to view or update.
Tip: You can view closed issues by selecting the View closed issues check box or search for issues by selecting the Search panel check box, and then specifying the appropriate criteria.
- If necessary, update the status, the severity, and the notes of the issue, and then select OK.
