To change Tasks due dates

When working on a Task, you may have to change the expected duration or due date(s) of one or more steps. You can do this in the Change Task and Step Due Dates dialog box.

In the Change Task and Step Due Dates dialog box, a green indicator shows you the current step of your selected Task. You can:
  • See the workflow Task whose due date you can change
  • See the Project Due Date
  • Schedule a Task's duration or due date. You can set a specific duration/due date to the entire Task and/or to every individual step.

The due date and duration are displayed in the Tasks list. When the due date passes, and the task step is not complete, the due date is displayed as red text in the task list.
