Automating options for the AEM connector project creation
You can automate several project creation options by specifying custom user settings on the Translation Projects Overview page.
Procedure
- Go to the Translation Projects Overview page.
- In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, identify the settings icon (wheel icon) and select it.
- Select or clear the relevant check boxes:
- Prefix project title based on the page properties - This option automatically places a prefix onto the project name in the Configure Translation page of the wizard. Having a prefix attached to the project name is used to help customers with business processes and reporting.
- Custom parameters in the step 2 of the wizard - This option displays all the additional attribute fields that may be present in the Cloud Project Template. Attribute fields are used to help customers with business processes and reporting.
- Preselect cloud configuration based on the configuration page property - This option automatically populates the cloud configuration in the Advanced settings section of the Configure Translation page. The AEM cloud configuration is set in the site structure.
- Preselect target languages based on the configuration page property - This option automatically selects the target languages available in the cloud configuration (cloud project template).
- Preselect target languages based on the previous selection - This option automatically selects target languages based on the previous project created by the user. The target languages are set for each individual user based on their previous choices and are reset each time the user's browser cache is cleared.
- Select Save.
