Retrieving projects from Trados Customer Portal

You can retrieve completed projects in two ways: download the files to your local computer or upload the files back to their original repository.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Trados Customer Portal account.
  2. Go to All Projects and identify the project.
  3. To download the files, do one of the following:
    • Select Download to download only the target files to your local computer.
    • Select Include Source Files to download both the target and the source files to your local computer.
    • Select Include Reference Files to download both the target and the reference files to your local computer.
    • Select Include Source and Reference Files to download the target, the source, and the reference files to your local computer.
  4. To upload the files, select Upload to Amazon S3.
    The translated files are uploaded back to the same folder that the source file resides in. You can see a confirmation message on the project tile when the upload is complete. For example, you can have the following folder structure:
    • Root folder
      • Subfolder
        • UserGuide.docx
        • UserGuide[fr-FR].docx
        • UserGuide[de-de].docx
