Workspace management in the legacy reporting module

Before you can create a custom report in the legacy module, administrators or lead project managers must create workspaces to process the data which will be included in a custom report. The processed data is a series of data artefacts called widgets: tables, diagrams, and crosstabs.

To save the processed data inside the widgets and select this data inside a custom report, administrators or lead project managers save the widgets as panels. All the panels administrators or lead project managers save become part of a visual gallery. You can then include any of the available panels in a custom report.
