Termbase entries

Termbases are made up of units called termbase entries. A termbase entry consists of a term, term synonyms, and term fields. Trados Terminology is fully compliant with the principles of concept-based terminology management.

You decide on the number and the nature of term fields when you create the termbase. You can consult the term entry history for each field, and at concept level. The term entry history provides information such as: the user who created the entry, the user who last modified the entry, the creation date, and the date of the last change.

A duplicate termbase entry is an entry which has the same ID or the same text (if no ID is present) as another entry.
