Adding useful links

By adding useful links, you can provide links to corporate style guides, glossaries, and other resources.

Procedure

  1. In WorldServer, go to Management > Administration > Useful Link Setup.
  2. Select Add.
  3. On the Useful Link: New page, enter the name, the description, and the URL of your link.
  4. Under For WorldServer, select the appropriate locales, workgroups, and workflow roles.
  5. Optional: If you want the link to be displayed to WorldServer TransPort users as well, under For TransPort, move all the clients whose users you want to see the link to the column on the right.
  6. Select Save.
