Review Space screen layout
  1. The comments navigator provides tools you can use to filter and navigate comments, as well as add new comments. The navigator is initially shown as collapsed. You can expand it for more detail or close it altogether, as needed.
  2. The comments area shows you the individual comments. The comments appear in a condensed view until you click on the comment.
  3. The side panel on the right side of the screen provides additional options for viewing the content. Click the button at the top of the screen to expand the panel.
Depending on system configuration, the panel may show the following panes:
    Search
The Search pane lets you search through the entire document and replace the searched text, provided that it occurs in a topic that is in a draft state.
    Attributes
The Attributes pane shows you the XML attributes of whatever element is currently selected in the content area. The attributes cannot be edited from Review Space. Whether or not the Attributes pane appears in Review Space depends on your organization's configuration of the system.
  4. The content area shows the full document in a single, scrolling view. You can select text in your document and create an annotation, that is, a comment or suggestion.
  5. The outline shows the structure of the entire document.

The outline pane includes the following features to help you quickly find content:

    (More actions)
The menu provides options changing the display of the outline, including expanding and collapsing the hierarchical structure.
The Quick navigation option lets you enter (part of) the name of a topic in the document and jump directly to it. You can also activate Quick navigation from anywhere in Review Space using the shortcut ctrl+g in Windows or cmd+g in MacOS.
    Search
The outline's Search box lets you quickly locate specific text anywhere in the outline.
You can use the (filter) to show only items having a certain status.
    Context menu
A context menu appears when you right-click on an item in the Outline menu and provides options that are specific to the selected item. The following are some examples of the actions you can perform:
    • Insert new components (under the selected component)
    • Arrange components in the outline
    • Modify the attributes of a component (a topic or map)
    • Copy links to the component in Draft Space or Review Space
