Defining a Date Range
In the Search tab, you can specify a date range by entering date and time criteria.
To do so, use the following fields:
- From Date — enter the start date and time
- To Date — enter the end date and time
The records retrieved are filtered depending on values entered in the to and from date fields, whether you have selected the Only show changed documents check box, and whether you want to see all content or only documents.
The following diagram show scenarios for retrieved records based on whether they were published, before, after, or during the specified date range:
The following table describes the date range publishing scenarios depicted in the diagram:

| 1 | The content was published before the specified date range and unpublished within the date range. |
| 2 | The content was published before the specified date range and unpublished after the date range. |
| 3 | The content was published before the specified date range and is currently still live. |
| 4 | The content was published within the specified date range and unpublished within the date range. |
| 5 | The content was published within the specified date range and unpublished after the date range. |
| 6 | The content was published within the specified date range and is currently still live. |
| 7 | The content was published before the specified date range and unpublished before the date range. |
| 8 | The content was published after the specified date range and is currently still live. |
