Enabling Customers to use the SBET

Each customer has to explicitly be given access to use the SBET. The enabled customer sees the SBET calculator icon in the Customer Portal menu bar.

Procedure

  1. Log into the MultiTrans TMS as a project manager or an administrator.
  2. From the top menu bar, select Customers > Manage
  3. Double-click the selected customer name.
  4. Click Edit on the bottom left-hand corner.
  5. In the Admin SBET section, select the Turn on/off checkbox.
  6. Click Save.
