Setting Concurrent Logins

Set a number in the Allow # concurrent logins per user to determine how many times a user account can be used to log into the same application at the same time. Each different browser counts as a unique login, i.e. logging in through two different browsers is counted as two logins; however, a user could log into the Web Editor, the workflow and the TermBase Web simultaneously as a single login. If this option is left blank or if all is selected, there is no limit to the number of concurrent locations through which a user can log in.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Administration Console and select the Authentication node.
  2. Select a number or all from the drop-down list within the Allow # concurrent logins per user field.
  3. Decide whether you'd like to Exempt administrator profiles from the restriction on concurrent logins.
  4. Click Apply.
