Getting Support

If the online Help portal does not provide a solution to your problem, contact the SDL Support team.

Procedure

  1. Go to SDL Support Portal.
  2. Enter your SDL Account credentials and click Sign In.
  3. Select Support & Education > Support.
  4. On the Support page, click the Get Support button.
    The Service Request Management page is displayed in a new window.
  5. Click Open a support ticket and fill in the details of your request in the pop-up form.
  6. Click the Submit request button to send your request to a Support engineer.
    SDL Support will send you an email confirmation and an engineer will soon contact you. For more detailed instructions about submitting a Support request, see the How to log a Support request in the SDL Support Portal article on the SDL Knowledge Base.
