配置 Microsoft Excel 2000-2003 文件类型

您可以配置 Microsoft Excel 2000-2003 设置,以便自定义在翻译或审校期间处理这种文件类型的方式。

过程

  1. Decide for which projects you want to configure file type settings:
    • For the active project, go to the Projects view, and on the Home tab, select Project Settings.
    • For all future projects, go to File > Options.
  2. 展开文件类型列表,然后选择 Microsoft Excel 2000-2003
  3. Select the Sheets and shapes page, to specify the order in which sheets and shapes are included for translation. Choose the relevant options from the available lists.
  4. Select the Worksheet name page, and then choose one of the available options:
    • Select Do not translate sheet name, to exclude the worksheet name from translation.
    • Select Translate sheet name, to enable the worksheet name for translation, and select one of the options:
      • Show the error and do not create a translated file
      • Use the source text for the worksheet name instead of the translated text
      • Shorten the worksheet name in the translated file to 31 characters
  5. Select the Color page, to specify a color for the text which must be excluded from translation. Select the Skip text marked with defined color and select a color.
  6. Select the Common page and then choose which content becomes translatable. Select:
    • Comments to make comments translatable.
    • Headers and footers to extract headers and footers for translation.
    • Hidden content (columns, rows, sheets) to extract hidden content for translation.
    • Alternative text for graphics to extract the text corresponding to the ALT HTML attribute for translation.
    • Document properties to extract details such as the file author or the file creation date for translation.
  7. Select the Embedded content page.
  8. Select Enable embedded content processing.
  9. In the Document structure information area, select Add to create extraction rules based on document structure information.
  10. In the Tag definition rules area, select Add to specify the tags which will be processed and to define them as translatable or non-translatable.
  11. Select the QuickInsert page.
  12. Specify QuickInsert settings to insert tags and formatting, or to insert text and special characters.
  13. Select Font mapping.
  14. Specify the font mapping settings for your source and target languages.
  15. 选择确定
