Adding workgroups

To add a workgroup, you need to enter its name and select the users that you want to include in it.

Procedure

  1. In WorldServer, go to Management > User Setup > Workgroups.
  2. Select Add.
  3. On the Workgroup: New Workgroup page, enter the name of the workgroup in the Name box, and then, next to Members, move the users that you want to include in the workgroup from the Available users column to the Users in workgroup column.
  4. Optional: If necessary, specify values for any custom attributes that may have been defined.
  5. Select Save or Save As New.
