You can retrieve completed projects in two ways: download the files to your local computer or upload the files back to their original repository.
Procedure
- Log in to your Trados Customer Portal account.
- Go to All Projects and identify the project.
- To download the files, do one of the following:
- Select Download to download only the target files to your local computer.
- Select Include Source Files to download both the target and the source files to your local computer.
- Select Include Reference Files to download both the target and the reference files to your local computer.
- Select Include Source and Reference Files to download the target, the source, and the reference files to your local computer.
- To upload the files, select Upload to Zendesk. The translated files are uploaded back to their original language folder.
You can see a confirmation message on the project tile when upload is complete.
What to do next
- Go to the Manage articles section of your Zendesk account and look for the source file.
- Open the source file and check whether the target file is displayed in the Translation menu.
- Select the uploaded target translation. The file was successfully translated into the target language.
