Scheduling jobs

According to the Optimizely User Guide, a scheduled job is a service performing a task (job) at a given time interval. Administrators can also start jobs manually at any time. By default, the Optimizely platform with Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Commerce includes several scheduled jobs.

Procedure

  1. Under Edit Page, select CMS Edit.
  2. In the Optimizely side menu, select Settings, and then select Scheduled Jobs.
  3. Under Scheduled Jobs, select RWSTranslatorJob.
  4. On the RWSTranslatorJob page, select the Settings tab and specify an interval for your job or start it manually.
  5. Optional: Select the History tab to check whether previously translated content was retrieved successfully or not.

What to do next

Go to the tree structure and retrieve the target page that you selected for translation; in this example, the start target page: You can view the translated text in-context by selecting Options > View on website. In this example, the page was translated into German (de-DE):
